Following technical, commercial and financial due diligence, the deal team concluded the technology is validated: TRL 8–9 products, strong IP, and commercial deployments with customers including ISRO, UltraTech Concrete, Sobha Construction (UAE) and Tata Power. Commercial revenues generated; institutional backing from Social Alpha and SIDBI; now scaling production capacity from its pilot plant.
